Delete your account

You can delete your BidWatch account yourself at any time. There is no waiting period and nothing is held back.

From inside the app or website

Sign in at bidwatch.9gg.app or open the BidWatch Android app.
On the Dashboard, scroll to Account and open Delete account.
Enter your password and confirm.

By email

Write to support+bidwatch@9gg.app from the email address on the account. We confirm the request and delete the account within 7 days.

If you signed in with Google, Facebook or X

Deleting your account also deletes the link to your Google, Facebook or X profile. We keep nothing from that profile except the name and email shown in your account. If the steps above ask for a password you never set, email us as described below. Removing BidWatch from your Google, Facebook or X account settings stops that sign-in but does not delete your BidWatch account.

What is deleted

Your account: email, organization name, password hash, sign-up details and plan status.
Your capability profile (NAICS codes, keywords, past-work descriptions).
Every solicitation you track, every drafted response and every deadline or amendment alert.
Any paid plan is cancelled at once. Stripe keeps invoice records as required by law.

What is kept, and for how long

Encrypted server backups age out within 35 days. Support emails are kept for two years. Server logs, 30 days. If you downloaded a free template or ran a free bid scan with your email, that lead record is covered by the email unsubscribe link and by a request to support+bidwatch@9gg.app. See the privacy policy.
