We are committed to compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
To operate the Service (monitor portals, score solicitations, draft responses, send deadline/addenda alerts), authenticate you, process payments, provide support, ensure security, comply with law, and — with consent where required — communicate product updates.
We share personal data only with service providers ("processors") that help us run the Service, under appropriate data-protection terms:

We keep account and profile data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
